WEBSITE

As you will notice we will be using our website for a lot of information that will concern all of you. So we would like you all to become members. To do this you need to go to the welcome page and at the top there is JOIN THIS SITE. just click on that, fill in your details. Your user name should be your full name with an up to date email address that you use on a regular basis. When you have been excepted buy 1 of our admin staff you will be able to view the members pages, where you will find information just for Tegate players. Make sure you check out the bosses blogg to see who has impressed the coaches .

WARM CLOTHING

It has come to your attention, that some of you are not coming to training with the appropriate clothing to go home in . As the weather continues to get colder, we would like to advise you that you need to wrap up warm for your journey home.

Please wear the correct trainers for training and not fashion pumps . This is for your own safety and the safety of those around you.

SENIORS

As you will have noticed, from time to time we will be having a personal trainer with us. We will also be using other training methods. So please be prepared for anything when you come to training - BRING PLENTY OF WATER ( your going to need it )

FUNDRAISING

Those of you that have been with us for a while, you will remember that we have for the last few years supported CHILDREN IN NEED . But this time we thought it would be nice to support The Mental health foundation . We will be holding a sponsored event after Christmas, so please keep an eye on the website for when this is going to happen and you will be able to download your sponsor form .
